Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience across multiple patient populations for an evening shift contract position at an acute care hospital.

Details

• Hospital-based CT Scan unit serving outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings
• Patient population includes pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; NICU and PICU exposure preferred
• 4x9 hour evening shifts, Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Uses PACS; contrast administration experience required
• Biopsies and IV starts preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Current BLS and ARRT (CT) required
• Experience across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and ICU settings required
• Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations required; neonatal and infant experience preferred
• PACS and contrast administration experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Driver's license and copies of certifications required for consideration
• License required if applicable
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance; two attempts are allowed
• Candidates should prepare for the EKG exam in advance, as study materials will not be provided by the facility
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
