Laser Operator

Adecco Staffing is working with a precision manufacturing company in Hopkinton, NH to hire CNC / Laser Machine Operators for 2nd Shift. Position: CNC / Laser Machine Operator Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) Why Work Here? • Monday through Friday schedule • No weekend work required • Competitive pay based on experience • Modern manufacturing environment with advanced equipment • Opportunity to learn and grow within a stable manufacturing company • Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential Job Duties: • Set up and operate laser cutting and manufacturing equipment • Load raw materials and unload finished parts • Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed • Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges • Verify parts meet customer specifications and tolerances • Complete production documentation accurately • Maintain equipment and perform routine machine maintenance • Follow all safety and quality standards • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: • Previous machine operating, CNC, fabrication, manufacturing, or production experience preferred • Ability to read blueprints is a plus • Experience with measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and quality Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment • Ability to safely handle metal materials and components If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
