Built around gaming, community, and mental health advocacy, TROA serves individuals from all walks of life, particularly those navigating mental health challenges.
Volunteer Financial Analyst
Overview:
The Volunteer Financial Analyst provides data-driven insights into TROA’s financial health, identifying opportunities for efficiency, risk reduction, and growth. This role supports decision-making with detailed analysis and projections.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for trends and opportunities.
- Support budget planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Create reports for the CFO and Board on KPIs and performance metrics.
- Evaluate project funding, donor campaigns, and cost-benefit outcomes.
- Assist in risk assessment and strategic financial recommendations.
- Maintain dashboards and data visualization tools for leadership.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Advanced Excel or data analytics proficiency.
- Experience in forecasting and performance modeling.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities.
