Field Service Technician

Culligan is expanding and seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions to act as field service technicians. Must have a mechanical aptitude and must be willing to learn. Pay Pay: $20-23 per hour, Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm Benefits Medical Vision Paid parental leave 401K with company match Outstanding company purchase discounts Company provided training Principal Duties and Responsibilities Safe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal DOT laws. Follow established safety procedures. Perform complete equipment diagnostics, installation or removal on residential and commercial water treatment equipment, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues accordingly. Represent Culligan by direct interaction with customers. Communicate the status of equipment with customers and provide solutions. Collect payments upon completion of services. Assist with collection of past due receivables. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of plumbing experience. Applicable and valid driver’s license. Knowledge of the city area where you would be working. Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written). Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Subject to a DOT physical (at time of hire and every two years after), a drug screen and a background check in accordance with state and Federal laws. Essential Functions Ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Drive for extended periods (2-3 hours). Kneel/bend for extended periods of time.
