Land Rover Denver has an opportunity for a skilled Recon/Used Car Technician to join the Holman family.

***Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on qualifications. Relocation assistance available***

Pay Range: $29.29-$41.41 per flat rate hour

What Do We Have To Offer?

• Clear Dispatch System electronic dispatch system.

• Structured pay plan - Immediate updates in pay when certification or experience milestones are reached.
• Technician Development Advisor - In addition to your direct Managers, we provide an industry first, Technician Development Advisor. In addition to providing an additional layer of support, their role was designed to help get you to your professional goals faster and with more transparency.
• Schedule - Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.

What Will You Do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What Are We Looking For?

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience
• Technical Auto training are a plus
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $29.23 - $41.66 USD per hour.
