Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care. To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practitioner follows the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
