This role demonstrates increased independence, technical proficiency, and initiative in preparing patients and treatment areas, supporting therapeutic activities, maintaining equipment, and coordinating workflow. The Rehabilitation Aide II also plays a key role in inventory management, process improvement, and communication of patient status, contributing to optimal clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (Required)One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.2+ years of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting (Required)BLSSalary Range: Minimum 18.40/hour - Maximum 25.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
