Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: $17–$19/hour based on experience

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, hands-on support while working in a welcoming and team-oriented environment where your dedication is appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate daily care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other activities of daily living

• Assist residents safely with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and dignity

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Accurately document resident care, observations, and progress to support quality care and communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and requests

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver outstanding resident care

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
