Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented


Administrative Assistant


to support a busy operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional support to internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage operational requests through the company's ticketing system.
  
  



• 
  Coordinate with vendors, branch offices, and internal departments.
  
  



• 
  Assist with vendor communication and operational follow-up.
  
  



• 
  Support fleet-related requests, including vehicle assignments and maintenance coordination.
  
  



• 
  Maintain SOPs, forms, and operational documentation.
  
  



• 
  Update Smartsheets and Excel trackers and assist with reporting.
  
  



• 
  Provide administrative support for process improvements and operational projects.
  
  



• 
  Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Two or more years of administrative or operations support experience.
  
  



• 
  Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  
  



• 
  Smartsheet experience is a plus but not required.
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  
  



• 
  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
