Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. Location & Compensation Location: Hutchinson, MN Compensation: $18.00 per hour Hours: Evening 2pm-10pm or Overnight 10pm-8am (Part‑time positions) Job Duties Cooking and cleaning Medication administration & documentation Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, walking, bonfires, etc.) Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.) Making a difference in the lives of others Requirements 18 years or older Pass a Minnesota DHS Background Check Available to work every other weekend Current driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record Benefits Health insurance (Full‑time; 1‑year waiting period for part‑time) Dental insurance Vision insurance Supplemental insurance (Short‑term disability, life, accident, critical illness) Paid time off Performance‑based wage increases Employee assistance program #J-18808-Ljbffr
