What You'll Do: Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of projects. Prepare construction documents, specifications, and code analyses. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Stay current on design trends, technologies, codes, and regulations. Mentor emerging design professionals. Support client relationships, business development efforts, and project interviews. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Current architectural licensure required. Minimum of 5 years of commercial design experience. Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software. Strong knowledge of planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations. Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.
