Job Description

Looking for day shift nurses for Adult ICU areas — placements will be based on experience. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting with minimal supervision. The role requires working every other weekend and some holidays; set schedules are provided, but extended time off over 7 days may not be granted. Candidates should have previous EPIC Electronic Medical Records experience and trauma center background at level 1 or 2.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification (able to recertify)
• Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care hospital of similar size or trauma level within the past 2 years
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• No suspensions, investigations, or allegations related to professional license or certification
• Verification of legal right to work in the U.S.
• Successful passing of pre-employment health screening
• Completion of all drug screenings and criminal background checks
