The nurse will be assigned to a home unit. Staffing will be assessed every 4 hours. Staff members may be floated up to 3 times per shift. The facility operates under a union contract. Traveling nurses will have priority for floating. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to varying unit demands. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
