Visit our senior clients and conduct assessments in Exton, PA and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff. Requirements Must have 1 year of home health experience. Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) with 2 or more years of experience.
