Position Summary Join the dynamic Enterprise Client Delivery team as a Client Delivery Representative, where you will orchestrate and oversee client delivery tasks, ensuring smooth transitions to production environments. As the essential client connector, you’ll build strong, lasting relationships between Cedar Gate, our clients, and our vendors. Utilizing your communication skills, you will engage executives, project managers, and end-users—whether in person or via video—to motivate collaborative success. Roles & Responsibilities Deliver all projects successfully on time and within scope to meet revenue goals. Engage all key stakeholders, both internal and external, to collaboratively define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility aligned with the client’s unique needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and challenges. Guide changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, inspiring stakeholders through clear communication to achieve shared vision. Partner with clients to gather essential requirements for application configuration and communicate these seamlessly to internal teams for success. Act as a thought leader for business value and client excellence, delivering tangible results. Oversee project management for the client as leader, identifying and resolving concerns promptly and escalating issues and risks to management as needed. Meet with clients to communicate timelines and clarify specific project requirements. Develop and deliver presentations to clients, employees, and executives both internally and externally. Job Location Houston, TX (Galleria Area) Work Arrangement Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Experience / Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a position involving project management or client relationship development. Exceptional project management skills, including documentation and tracking of multiple deliverables and communication of progress or delays. Charismatic presence that motivates clients and team members to align with your vision. Healthcare industry experience, especially in Population Health, Physician/Hospital Revenue Cycle, Solution Design, or related areas, highly preferred. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written, verbal, and nonverbal). Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred. Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with senior leadership. Proven ability to rapidly learn technical concepts; prior SaaS healthcare technology implementations highly preferred. Data analytics experience, including creating meaningful insights from technical datasets, a plus. Experience with project planning tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar, preferred. Flexibility to travel to scheduled project and client meetings (light travel loads). Eligibility requires residence in the same country where the job is located.
