Royalty Janitorial Services is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, reliable, and experienced janitorial professionals and housekeepers to join our team. Janitorial Staff Position
Compensation: $16.50–$18.00 per hour (based on experience and location)

All janitorial team members begin at $16.50 per hour during a 30-day trial period .
Following this period, a performance evaluation will be conducted based on reliability, work quality, teamwork, and communication . Your ongoing placement and potential for pay adjustment (after 90 days of employment) will be determined based on this evaluation to ensure the role is a mutual fit.

We value experience, but it is equally important that employees are able to demonstrate their skills and professionalism on the job . This trial period provides an opportunity to showcase your capabilities in a real-world setting.

Housekeepers: $25–$35/hr (depending on experience and assignment)

Consistent & Flexible Work Schedules – Part-time schedules are currently available

Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial or housekeeping work

Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duties May Include:
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces

Restocking restroom and kitchen supplies

Trash collection and removal

Deep cleaning and general maintenance tasks

Puesto: Personal de Limpieza
