You'll leverage your automotive knowledge, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities to guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through the sales process from lot to delivery
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Provide professional, knowledgeable vehicle presentations
- Assist customers with sales applications and documentation
- Build strong rapport and lasting customer relationships
- Conduct quality follow-up and maintain detailed CRM notes
- Support management by inspecting and merchandising inventory daily to maximize sales
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales
- High energy, enthusiasm, and competitive drive
- Strong communication skillsboth in person and over the phone
- Persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections
- Excellent customer service skills
- Persistent work ethic and team-first mindset
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree (A.A.) preferred
