You will help create a warm, homelike environment where residents feel valued and supported.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): dressing, hygiene, bathing, toileting, eating, mobility, and moreSupport instrumental ADLs: housekeeping, laundry, personal belongings, and telephone useMonitor resident safety and overall well-beingDocument important health and behavioral observationsParticipate in life enrichment activities alongside residents and Life Enrichment staffMaintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environmentAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersComplete light administrative and supply-related tasksPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred:Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar care settingsExperience working with individuals with dementia or older adultsKnowledge of healthcare practices
