Our employees are the heart of our company, and we look forward to the new addition.We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our Phoenix, AZ facility.Responsibilities for this position include:Maintaining LandscapingWork will include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, paintingPerform routine maintenance on roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of building structures.Repair equipment or structures using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, and other power, and manual tools.Ability to use various power and hand tools efficientlyAbility to move furniture and equipment as neededprior experience working in a facility setting and familiarity with required systems (fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, backflow)Qualifications:Must be 18+ yrs. old.Pass criminal background checkPass pre-employment drug screenValid Drivers License/Clean driving recordSelf starter, problem solving skills with a willingness to collaborateBenefits Include for Full Time Employment: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, two weeks of paid vacation and paid holidays after 90 day probationary period.Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
