Phlebotomist Part Time

Overview Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostics, drug development and healthcare innovation. We are seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist (PAML) to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA. This role will work Monday–Friday 7:00am–12:00pm, with additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Assist with administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License (or an application for a license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire) Preferred Qualifications 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy Additional Job Standards Standardized color blindness test Flexibility to work overtime as needed Exceptional customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Compensation & Incentives Pay Range: $22.30–$27.69 per hour. Qualified personnel may be eligible to participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Employees scheduled for less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible only to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
