We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.Key ResponsibilitiesPrep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and careKeep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environmentUnderstanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project fileResponsible to properly handle company machinery and power toolsKnowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculationsInteract with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's homeEnsure high quality company standards are met every timeWork to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the jobJob requires travel throughout the weekQualifications5 years in flooring installationValid driver's license and functioning vehicleAbility to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedlyThe position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and liftingThis position travels to various work locations throughout the weekMust be licensed and insured or can obtain proper licensing and insuranceMust possess all necessary trade tools (Wet Saw, Grinder, Mixer, etc.), work truck; van or SUV with trailerAll of our installers and helpers must be able to pass a criminal background checkThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
