Handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during a surgical procedure. Begin to understand the procedure being performed. Start to anticipate the surgeon's needs. Regional expectations are set for performance. If performance standards are not met, the contract may be terminated immediately. Holiday coverage is required.
