Silverthorn Animal Clinic is seeking a Managing Veterinarian who enjoys stayingclinically active while providing steady, approachable leadership in a well-established small animal practice. This role is designed for a DVM who wants to lead without stepping away from medicine. You’ll remain hands‑on in both the exam room and surgery suite, help guide medical standards, support associate development, and partner with leadership to maintain a positive, low‑drama team culture. The practice supports strong technician utilization, realistic scheduling, and the autonomy to practice high‑quality medicine—without pressure to rush cases. Surgical experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on reproduction medicine. Caseload and responsibilities are adjusted based on experience and comfort level, allowing you to lead confidently while continuing to grow clinically.
