Supervisor Support Warehouse Team Lead

Overview Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Fairburn, Georgia. This position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift/team logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for new employees and equip them with necessary technology and tools. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform additional duties as assigned.
