As our IT Administrator, you'll lead technology operations across the organization, keeping our systems secure, reliable, and ready to support resident care and essential business operations. This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for employees across the organization. Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cloud services. Manage servers, networks, cybersecurity, backups, device deployment, and technology assets. Support critical healthcare and business systems that impact resident care and daily operations. Lead IT projects, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, and help shape Friendsview's technology future. Respond to urgent technology and security issues while supporting business continuity and emergency preparedness. What You Bring Required Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of IT administration, systems administration, or network administration experience. Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity. Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a service-first mindset. Preferred Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications. Experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, Power Automate, or cloud management. Healthcare, senior living, or HIPAA experience.
