Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead will assist the Property Director in projects, upkeep, and general daily maintenance on campus. Must be one full year out of high school. Must be mechanically proficient. Position Details Start Date: May 24, 2026 End Date: August 15, 2026 Minimum Age: 18 Position Type: Seasonal Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Coordinate daily with Maintenance Director for tasks lists and schedule Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair tasks Clean indoor and outdoor facilities to ensure ongoing operations Move equipment as directed Maintain grounds for ideal customer-service experience Keep accurate and up-to-date records pertaining to repairs and cleaning schedules Qualifications Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety Respond with grace in high-stress situations Willing to teach and invest in campers Requirements At least one year out of high school with relevant experience Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training Program staff will operate under the camp guidelines for safety. By living, eating, and serving on-site, staff will model the values of CLM, as outlined in the Summer Staff Handbook and contract both on and off the job.
