The patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 based on patient needs. The unit is equipped with advanced ICU management tools, including ventilators and vasopressors. Floating to other units may be necessary as required. Graduates and seasoned professionals dedicated to delivering quality patient care are encouraged to apply.
