Payroll Specialist

⭐ Priority will be given to candidates who have previously worked in school environments and are familiar with school payroll processes, educational staff payroll, and related reporting requirements.

Remote work option is available for qualified candidates.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing, financial reporting, payroll records management, and staff support functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, accounting knowledge, supervisory skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, or related field OR 4+ years of related payroll experience

• 4+ years of payroll processing and accounting responsibilities

• Experience with payroll systems and reporting

• Candidates with previous experience working in Schools, School Districts, or Educational Institutions are highly preferred

• Supervisory experience preferred
