Saturday availability is required. Competitive Saturday pay/compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
We’re looking for an experienced dental front-office professional to join our team for Saturdays! This is not your typical front desk position. We’re looking for someone with previous dental office management. Our practice operates with 1 doctor, 1 RDH, and 2–3 dental assistants @ Family Dental Station Litchfield, 5220 N Dysart Rd., Ste 144, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340.
What you’ll be responsible for: Scheduling & Schedule Management
- Scheduling patients efficiently and strategically
- Managing the doctor's schedule
- Coordinating hygiene and assistant schedules
- Filling cancellations and maximizing the day's schedule
- Confirming appointments and maintaining an organized schedule
- Coordinating treatment appointments and follow-ups
Patient & Financial Responsibilities
- Collecting patient payments
- Discussing balances and financial arrangements with patients
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing an excellent patient experience from check-in to check-out
Office Management
- Managing Saturday front-office operations
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Phone calls and patient communication
- Insurance and administrative coordination
- Supporting the doctor and clinical team
- Keeping the office organized and running efficiently
The ideal candidate:
Previous dental front-office or office manager experience strong scheduling experience. Comfortable managing a schedule for 1 doctor, 1 RDH & 2–3 assistants. Confident collecting payments and discussing balances. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional and friendly with patients. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and take ownership of the front office on SATURDAYS .
