we are seeking a Family Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Ferndale, CA. This opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while working within a supportive, team-based healthcare environment.

Candidate Requirements

Physician:
• Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• Completion of accredited Medical School and Family Medicine Residency
• Active California Medical License (MD/DO) - REQUIRED
• DEA License & CPR Certification - REQUIRED

• Outpatient-focused schedule
• After-hours call rotation shared with team

Compensation & Benefits

Physician Salary:
• $234,635 - $267,624 annually
