AR Credit Analyst-HIRING ASAP

Job Title: AR Credit Analyst Job Description As an AR Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the creditworthiness of customers by analyzing financial data, calculating financial ratios, and making informed recommendations. You will prepare comprehensive reports on customers' financial health and ensure compliance with lending practices. Additionally, you will assist in audits and communicate effectively with customers to resolve complaints and verify transactions. Responsibilities Analyze financial data, including financial statements, income, and cash flow, to assess creditworthiness. Calculate financial ratios using computer programs to evaluate financial health. Make informed recommendations on loan approvals, denials, or interest rate changes. Prepare detailed reports summarizing customers' financial health and lending risks. Monitor compliance with bank's lending policies and guidelines. Assist with company and client audits. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial transactions. Essential Skills Proficiency in credit analysis and accounts receivable management. Experience in new account setup, collection, accounting, and credit & collections. Skills in reconciliation, cash application, credit risk assessment, and credit management. Construction Industry Experience. Experience in B2B collections. 3+ years of Credit Analyst experience. 2+ years in construction-related credit (B2B). 1+ years of experience with Excel. 1+ years of navigating multiple ERP systems in one job. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to handle high volume/high-stress portfolios (1000 applications per month). Work Environment This position is fully onsite, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of applications. The role requires effective time management and the ability to navigate multiple ERP systems. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62500.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
