Ensure strong financial results and alignment with Marriott International brand standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee multi-property portfolio performance (RevPAR, GOP, NOI) Lead General Managers and regional teams Manage owner relations and reporting Ensure brand compliance and QA standards Drive new management contracts and portfolio growth Requirements 12+ years in hospitality, multi-property leadership Management company / third-party experience preferred Marriott experience strongly preferred Strong P&L and leadership skills Success Metrics Revenue & profit growth Owner satisfaction Brand compliance scores Portfolio expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr
