Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor building access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other conditions that could impact daily operations.
• Support property operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and providing visible presence throughout the location to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
