Accounting Ops Leader - Real Estate & Process Automation

StevenDouglas is seeking an Operations Accounting Manager in Austin, TX to lead property accounting for a large portfolio across 35 buildings. You will oversee a team of about 7 accountants and drive process improvements, reporting to senior leadership. The role blends people leadership with hands‑on technical accounting in a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
