Sound like a good fit apply at View email address on click.appcast.io What You'll Do: *Conduct routine EHS inspections, audits, and facility walkthroughs *Track and manage corrective actions from audits and inspections *Maintain active floor presence and engage employees on EHS initiatives *Assist with incident documentation, investigations, and reporting *Support development and implementation of EHS programs and procedures *Maintain compliance records, logs, and regulatory documentation *Assist with EHS training coordination and safety communications *Promote and support a positive safety culture throughout the facility Job Requirements What You'll Bring: *Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field *0-2 years of EHS experience (internships/co-ops welcome) *Basic understanding of OSHA/EPA regulations *Strong organizational and communication skills *Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite What Sets You Apart: *Manufacturing or industrial environment experience *Exposure to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 systems *Hands-on, proactive approach to safety and compliance *Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor with employees and leadership Additional Information: *Drug Screen Required *Background Check Required *On-site position located in New Kensington, PA After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
