This role will be my right-hand person. I'm looking for someone who's enthusiastic about marketing and eager to keep learning. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and knows when to ask for help. The work will be varied. One day might be building an email campaign or social media calendar. Another might be helping with an event, pulling together content, or figuring out how to make an idea actually happen. I need someone who can think strategically, but who's also happy to get into the details. Someone that notices what needs to be done and is comfortable owning it.
