Office Services Assistant, Temporary

Job Description The Office Services Assistant provides general clerical and administrative office support, assisting in daily office and operational needs of the business. The position works closely with the Office Services Manager to ensure an organized office and helps associates optimize processes and meet administrative business needs. This is a temporary role starting on August 17, 2026 through October 15, 2026. Responsibilities Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops. File, fax, scan, print, and assemble documents. Assist with entering office expenses (federal e‑x, messenger services, invoices). Set up new hires: assign office or cubicle, retrieve name plates, open IT tickets, collect new‑hire photo, badges, keys, new‑hire supplies, and organize/clean out offices and cubicles of exiting team members. Ensure training rooms and conference rooms and overall office space is clean and organized; assist in setting up or breaking down tables, furniture, etc. Schedule meetings and appointments; schedule and prepare conference rooms; provide reception coverage. Order and stock office supplies, stationary, and breakroom supplies (coffee, soda, snacks). Qualifications High School Diploma required. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with office machines, including fax, high‑speed copier, multi‑line phone, and 10‑key calculator preferred. Excellent customer service and client‑focused skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Detail oriented and ability to follow directions/procedures, and prioritize calls and visitors. Ability to work independently to follow directions and procedures. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. The pay rate range for this job position is $23 to $30.25. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
