Senior Mechanical EngineerClearance Required: Secret (interim acceptable)We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports mechanical design, hardware development, and production-focused engineering for advanced aerospace and defense systems. In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.What You'll Do:Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software applications and toolsTroubleshoot software issues and support test equipment instrumentationWork in a multidiscipline engineering team environmentDevelop and refine requirements for software productsSupport integration, validation, and production-facing engineering activitiesWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceFive years of work experience in mechanical design and design documentationThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceAdvanced degree in an Engineering disciplineLeadership experience with small teams (4-)Supplier interaction and supplier management experienceAbility to work in teams or independently, flexible, demonstrates initiativeAdditional Details:Onsite role in Tucson, AZU.S. Citizenship requiredOpportunity to support advanced, mission-critical technologies
