Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and performing various clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to patient experience and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic patient assessments and provide general care.
• Manage wounds, tracheostomies, ostomies, drains, and chest tubes.
• Monitor patients requiring dialysis or PCA pumps.
• Conduct post-operative care for patients, including amputations and wound vacs.
• Ensure safety checks every 1-2 hours and conduct bedside shift reports.
• Participate in fall prevention and hospital-acquired infection prevention protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccination.
• Experience with medication scanning, including controlled substances.
