Make a meaningful impact in the 2026–2027 school year by providing speech and language support to young learners as a full-time bilingual SLP on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to serve a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students in grades K–3, fostering communication growth at a pivotal stage of development. You will play a vital part in a supportive school environment while using your linguistic expertise to bridge gaps for bilingual students and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure/certification for the state
• Bilingual proficiency required
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in elementary school settings, especially K–3
• Skilled in conducting bilingual evaluations
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Comfort working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of about 55 students (grades K–3)
• Complete thorough, culturally-responsive bilingual evaluations
• Provide interpretation services for IEP meetings (K–5)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals targeting students’ communication needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain proper, timely documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in bilingual SLP services
