Registered Nurse - ICU

$1884.96/week - Job Summary: Looking for a skilled ICU Nurse to provide advanced critical care for adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor acutely ill adult patients with complex cardiovascular and respiratory issues. Administer and titrate medications such as vasopressors, cardiac drugs, and sedation agents. Perform invasive procedures including arterial lines, central lines, and cardioversion. Interpret dysrhythmias and manage arrhythmias according to protocols. Assist with emergency interventions like RSI, blood product administration, and rapid response protocols. Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting system. Qualifications: Hold active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, preferably in adult critical care settings. Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications required. Ability to perform complex invasive procedures and interpret diagnostic data. Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills. Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.
