We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications. Visit a set number of business each week to create new Centers of Influence Visit a set number of business each week to maintain Centers of Influence Attend Community Events Attend Business Association meeting Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services. Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events. Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives. Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Organizational and time-management abilities.
