Property Location 88 East Nationwide Blvd. - Columbus, Ohio 43215 What you will do In this role, you’ll play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation. After a busy day at work or play, our guests will be able to rest easily knowing that we will take care of the rest. We offer cleaner rooms than our competition and the extras don’t cost extra. This makes our hotels stand out and keeps our guests coming back. Perform daily housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates. Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs. Provide guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested. Work independently without direct supervision, following verbal and written instructions. Assist in laundry and public space cleaning as needed. Serve guests with friendly, courteous service and a Service +1 attitude. Ensure a positive work atmosphere at all times. Work weekends; Saturday and Sunday may be required. Compensation Competitive starting hourly pay. Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results. Requirements No previous cleaning experience required. Equivalently educated to completion of 2 years of high school. Ability to walk, stand, push vacuum, lift 25–35 lbs intermittently. Capacity to work independently and follow instructions.
