All Star Assembly is a Michigan based family‑owned business since 2011 that takes great pride in the services we provide to retailers across the U.S. and the respect we have for our hardworking employees. We are an approved and preferred vendor for Walmart Corp. and provide Assembly Technicians as needed in numerous associated Walmart Supercenter stores across the Midwest, including Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. We assemble bikes, grills, patio sets, etc. as requested by management of each contracted Walmart Supercenter store. We are available to meet all assembly requests of each store site‑manager while maintaining the integrity of the Walmart name. We train our assemblers with a skillful, time‑efficient process so that we can quickly produce high‑quality products that are ready for retail displays and consumers. We strive to meet the demands and expectations of each store manager while maintaining safety and satisfaction for consumers purchasing our assembled items. We are currently seeking honest, hardworking, dedicated individuals to fill our Assembly Tech positions in Rochester Hills, MI and surrounding metro areas. The position is paid by piece‑rate pay; each assembler is paid for each item they build. Pay varies by item level (bike or grill). Typical earnings start at about $18 per item and can reach $40+ per hour with consistency, accuracy and organization. Speed and volume of products assembled per day directly increase daily earned income. This position offers health insurance after 90 days of employment and working at least 30 hours per week thereafter. Qualifications and Skills Must pass a clean background check and be a US citizen. Have good mechanical skills and prior assembly experience with bikes, BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn & garden equipment. Have your own working personal smartphone and email address. Have a valid driver's license. Have your own reliable and insured vehicle. Can lift 50 lbs. Have basic tools to start (see list below). Agree to wear an acceptable face mask inside store sites as mandated by management. Be an honest, professional and respectful individual with excellent English language and communication skills.
