This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoDiagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systemsInstall and service heating equipment, air conditioning systems, thermostats, ventilation equipment, fireplaces, hearth products, and generatorsPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsTroubleshoot equipment issues and recommend effective solutionsRespond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely mannerEnsure all parts, tools, and materials are accounted for and properly stockedMaintain accurate service records and documentationCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team membersFollow all company safety policies and industry regulationsStay current on industry advancements, products, and technologyPerform additional duties as assigned5+ years HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong time management and organizational skillsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positivelyAbility to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
