Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and reporting. This role assists with gathering business requirements, developing reports and dashboards, validating data, and providing analytical support to internal stakeholders. The position contributes to business insights by helping maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting data visualization efforts, and participating in BI projects while developing technical and analytical skills.

Domestic travel may be required.

Essential Functions

Support enhancement of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data solutions for business needs
Gather business requirements, assist with data validation, and the accuracy and integrity of reporting
Collaborate to troubleshoot reporting issues, support KPI development, and provide data-driven insights
Assist with solution implementation, documentation, and support of existing BI applications and reporting
Other duties as assigned
