Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Associate to join a hospitality team in West Knoxville. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, delivers excellent guest service, and has the flexibility to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, questions, and requests.
• Respond to guest concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and hotel management.
• Perform additional front desk and guest service duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Marriott FOSSE and Power of M is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be available to work either the 7:00 a.m.3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m. shift based on scheduling needs.
