Assistant Manager Janitorial Experience Required (transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)
The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.
Duties of the position include:
Annual Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 2nd Shift Monday-Friday Bilingual a PLUS!!!! Duties of the position include:
- Planning and preparing team work schedules
- Implementing 4M standards
- Resolving client issues
- Maintaining accurate records
- Promoting and maintain a safe work environment
- Medical insurance offered to employees who work 30 plus hours
- Vacation days offered to all full-time (minimum 37 1/2 hours per week)
- Holiday pay offered to all regular, non exempt team members in good standing
