VP of Estimating and Business Development

- Drive business development initiatives and actively bring new projects and clients into the pipeline
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and industry partners
- Oversee bid strategy, pricing, and project pursuit decisions
- Mentor and develop preconstruction and estimating team members
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on company growth strategy
- Support project teams through early-phase planning and client engagement
- Help establish long-term operational and strategic direction for the company
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager or above
- Proven track record of successfully developing and winning new business
- Strong knowledge of estimating, preconstruction, and project delivery methods
- Established network within the Chattanooga or surrounding Southeast market preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
