Job Description

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction efforts across the company
• Drive business development initiatives and actively bring new projects and clients into the pipeline
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, and industry partners
• Oversee bid strategy, pricing, and project pursuit decisions
• Mentor and develop preconstruction and estimating team members
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership on company growth strategy
• Support project teams through early-phase planning and client engagement
• Help establish long-term operational and strategic direction for the company

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including at least 5 years as a Senior Project Manager or above
• Proven track record of successfully developing and winning new business
• Strong knowledge of estimating, preconstruction, and project delivery methods
• Established network within the Chattanooga or surrounding Southeast market preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow teams
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
