IT Support Specialist

Requirements Must have: We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in IT support, service desk operations, or mobile asset administration. We need strong working knowledge of iOS and Android device deployment. We value hands‑on experience with mobile device management tools such as Miradore, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf. Experience administering users in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or HVAC/dispatch platforms such as ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems, especially ServiceTitan, is preferred. We are looking for someone with patience when supporting remote users with different levels of technical confidence. Strong organizational ability is important for tracking 200+ physical technology assets. Clear, non‑technical communication skills over the phone are required. Responsibilities: We provision, configure, and roll out smartphones, tablets, and rugged laptops used in the field. We install protective accessories, screen guards, and vehicle mounting equipment. We maintain hardware inventory and arrange repairs or replacements when needed. We create, update, and remove user accounts across internal software systems. We oversee software licensing and look for ways to control subscription spending. We reset passwords and resolve login problems remotely. We enroll company‑owned field devices in our mobile device management platform. We deploy critical application updates to remote users. We apply security policies, remotely wipe lost devices, and verify compliance. We support about 180 users by phone, email, or text with technical issues. We guide non‑technical field staff through basic troubleshooting steps. We create simple how‑to guides for company applications and devices.
